Condition grading
Condition grading is the practice of describing a pre-owned watch's state with a short label, such as unworn, excellent, very good, or fair, usually backed by a description of any wear.
There's no universal standard, and different platforms and dealers use the same words differently. That's why buyers rely on photos and specific descriptions more than on the label itself.
Grade conservatively and describe exactly what a buyer will see: scratches, dents, bracelet stretch, and any replaced or refinished parts. Accurate descriptions reduce returns and build repeat business.
